Energy Oil & Gas Facility Projects
Site Construction, Fencing, Steel and Drainage
List general site work on its own schedule: access roads, pads, fencing and gates, structural and miscellaneous steel, and drainage materials. Reference your approved drawings and specs by section and work area so each line can be reviewed as an inquiry, subject to availability and documentation confirmation.
Process and Pressure-Service Schedules
Submit process, pressure and service-specific items separately, with your approved specifications, exact part references, stated service requirements and reviewer or document hold points. We do not advertise qualified pressure- or hazardous-service products; any such line remains an inquiry until documentation is confirmed by your responsible reviewer.
Technical Review & Hold Points
Process and pressure-service items are reviewed only against documents you supply. These are buyer inputs, not product qualifications; availability and documentation require confirmation before any quote.
01
Approved Specifications
Send the current approved specification sections and revision levels for each schedule, keeping site construction, fencing, steel and drainage separate from process and pressure-service schedules.
02
Part References & Service Requirements
List exact part references, manufacturer restrictions and the service conditions your engineer has defined. We do not select, substitute or qualify products for pressure or hazardous service.
03
Reviewer Hold Points
Name the reviewer for each schedule and the points where approval is required, such as alternate review or submittal acceptance. Your team remains responsible for engineering decisions.
04
Documentation Requirements
Identify required certificates, test reports or traceability records per line item. Document availability is confirmed case by case; an inquiry is not an order.
Facility Access & Work Windows
Site access rules, gate and badging requirements, permitted delivery hours, shutdown or turnaround windows, laydown limits and unloading equipment restrictions are inputs you provide with your inquiry. Please state them exactly as your facility or project owner has issued them, along with the contact responsible for receiving.
These details are reviewed as part of the inquiry. Submitting them does not create an order, and any proposed scope, schedule or delivery arrangement requires separate confirmation.
