OUR PROCESS
A STRAIGHTFORWARD APPROACH TO PROJECT SUPPLY
Every project is different, but getting started is simple. Send us the information you already have and our team can begin evaluating potential sourcing and supply options.
STEP 01
Share the requirement
Send the item list, quantities, destination and needed dates. Include specifications or drawings where relevant. If the request is still developing, identify what is confirmed and what remains open.

Review sourcing options
We evaluate potential sources against the request. Product requirements, quantity, location and timing help determine which options are appropriate.
STEP 03
Review the proposed supply
We evaluate pricing, availability and transportation requirements. Before proceeding, review the proposed products, quantities, documentation, timing, delivery arrangements and order terms. Raise any unresolved questions or proposed substitutions.
STEP 04
Coordinate the confirmed order
Once the order is confirmed, we work with the relevant suppliers and logistics providers on the movement of materials to the project destination.
