Multi-Material Project Quotes
Sourcing several materials for one project? Send us one organized inquiry covering every package and line item. We review your requirements together, then confirm each item separately — including its specification, price, lead time and freight — so you can compare options clearly.
Scope & Comparison Details
Organize your multi-material inquiry so each item can be reviewed and confirmed separately. A combined inquiry does not promise one source, one shipment, one invoice or one lead time.
PROJECT REFERENCES
List the project name plus trade, package and item numbers for every line, and note the current drawing or specification revision so each item can be matched to the right documents.
LINE PRICES & SUBTOTALS
Tell us whether you need line-item prices, package subtotals or both, and identify any alternates to price separately. Share approved manufacturers, required documents, inclusions and exclusions.
ALTERNATES & FREIGHT
State your freight assumptions for comparison. Items may come from different sources, ship separately, be invoiced separately and carry different lead times; each is confirmed on its own.
Quotation Deadline, Delivery Phases & Site Access
Tell us the date you need quotations returned and any bid or award milestones that drive it. Where possible, note which trade packages are most time-sensitive so sourcing reviews can be prioritized.
List the requested on-site phases with quantities per phase, and the delivery destination for each. Requested dates help us review options; they are not confirmed delivery commitments until agreed in writing after order confirmation.
Describe access and unloading constraints: entrance restrictions, vehicle size or weight limits, receiving hours, appointment requirements, and who will unload. Unloading and placement are not assumed to be included unless stated in a confirmed quotation.
A combined inquiry does not promise a single source, shipment, invoice, or lead time. Each item is confirmed separately.
