Quantities, processing, phases and delivery details
Lumber and panel requests are easier to review when each line states species and grade, nominal versus actual dimensions, lengths and piece counts. For plywood and other panels, list panel type, thickness, sheet size and grade. Inquiry categories are not confirmed inventory; exact availability and any documents need confirmation before an order.
Any specified treatment, use category or retention should be copied from your approved project requirements; One Building Supply does not select treatment for you. List cutting or other processing as separate lines. Processing is reviewed per request and is not promised.
For phased projects, break quantities out by phase, with the destination for each drop and any packing or bundling preferences. You approve specifications and any proposed alternatives before an order is placed. We make no structural design, treatment suitability, fire-rating or service-life claims.
