Material Packages
Organize shell and site packages by building, area or package reference. Each category below is an inquiry category, not confirmed stock or qualified supply. Every proposed item, document and delivery arrangement is confirmed before order, subject to availability and documentation review.
Steel
List structural and miscellaneous steel by building and area reference from your approved BOM, with grades, dimensions, quantities and any manufacturer limits you require.
Roofing
Group roofing materials by building or roof area. Include panel profiles, gauges, dimensions, quantities and approved manufacturer references so each line can be reviewed.
Fencing
Reference site package and area for perimeter or yard fencing, with heights, run lengths, gate counts, materials and any manufacturer restrictions from your specification.
Drainage
Identify drainage items by site area or package, including pipe sizes, materials, fittings, quantities and required standards or manufacturer limits shown on the approved BOM.
Other Buyer-Specified Materials
Add other building materials you specify under their own package reference, with exact descriptions, dimensions and quantities. Inclusion in an inquiry does not confirm availability.
Changes by Revision
Submit scope changes as a numbered BOM or plan revision, showing which building, area and package lines changed, so the quoted scope stays traceable.
Receiving & Availability
Tell us whether materials are going to an active construction site or to receiving areas at an operating facility. Construction receiving and an operating facility's dock, yard or storage areas usually have different access rules, so list them as separate destinations in your inquiry.
Include access hours, appointment requirements, unloading limits and any phased quantities by building, area or package reference. Requested dates help us plan a quote, but they are not delivery commitments until each arrangement is confirmed.
