Multifamily & Residential Projects
Use this page to prepare a multifamily or residential material inquiry. All inquiry categories listed here are subject to item and documentation review before any scope is confirmed. When you contact us, include “Multifamily & Residential Projects” in your message so your request can be routed for review.
Material & Unit Bundling
Organizing your list before you send it helps us review each item against your documentation. Every category below remains subject to item and documentation review.
By Building, Floor and Unit Type
Group quantities by building, then floor, then unit type. Note the drawing or schedule revision your quantities are based on so any later changes can be matched to the correct list.
Repeated Unit Materials vs. Common Areas
List materials repeated in every unit of a type separately from corridors, lobbies, amenity spaces and other common areas. Keep each list's per-unit quantity and unit count visible.
Sitework as Its Own Package
Keep exterior and sitework items in a separate list from building materials. If quantities will be released in phases, show the phase for each line as your own planning input.
Procurement & Revision Planning
Reference the buyer-approved documents for each category below. All inquiry categories are subject to item and documentation review.
Building Openings
List windows and doors by opening mark from the buyer's schedule, with building, floor, and unit type, quantity per mark, and the schedule revision. Note any opening marks added or changed since the last revision.
Framing
State lumber and panel specifications exactly as shown in the buyer's documents, including grade, dimensions, and quantities. Keep repeated unit materials separate from common-area and sitework items.
Envelope
Provide roofing and envelope product references approved by the buyer. We do not make performance claims; any proposed alternate requires review and acceptance by the buyer's responsible reviewer.
An inquiry is not an order. Product scope and delivery require confirmation.
Logistical Inputs
Phasing and receiving details are buyer inputs. Every inquiry category remains subject to item and documentation review.
Phased Quantities
If you want materials released in phases, list the quantities for each phase separately. Tie each phase to its building, area, or package reference and the schedule revision it comes from. Requested phase dates are for review only and must be confirmed.
Restricted Receiving & Storage
Describe any limits on the site: receiving hours, access points, gate or entry details, unloading arrangements, and the storage space available. We use these details to review your request. They do not guarantee freight or a delivery window.
