Commercial Construction & General Contracting

Coordinate multiple trade packages in one inquiry while keeping every line item, revision and delivery phase clear. Each proposed item and delivery arrangement is confirmed before order.

Buyer Package Details

Scope Management

Coordinating several trade packages works best when every line item stays traceable. Share these details so each proposed item can be reviewed and confirmed before any order.

BOM References

Tie each line to its BOM reference and current plan revision, with grades, dimensions and quantities. Note changes by revision so trade packages stay aligned.

Accessories

State who supplies fasteners, trims, flashings, fittings and similar accessories for each package, so nothing is assumed or quoted twice.

Consumables & Exclusions

List the consumables you expect in scope and anything explicitly excluded. Clear exclusions keep line-item scope intact across combined packages.

Optional Alternates

Any alternate is priced separately and must be accepted by your responsible reviewer. Inquiry categories are not confirmed stock; each item needs confirmation before order.

Delivery Phases & Alternates

A combined multi-trade inquiry is easier to review when quote timing, delivery phases, alternates and receiving details are kept separate. Requested dates are planning inputs, not commitments. Each item, document and delivery arrangement needs confirmation before an order is placed.

Quote deadline vs. delivery phases

State your quote deadline on its own, then list each delivery phase with requested timing, quantities and destination. A combined inquiry does not promise a single source, single shipment, single invoice or cost savings.

Optional alternates

Any proposed alternate is priced as a separate line, never swapped into base scope. It applies only after acceptance by your responsible reviewer, and base BOM line items stay intact either way.

Labeling & receiving

Share package labeling requirements by trade, phase or area, plus receiving contacts, access hours and site restrictions. These are buyer inputs that must be confirmed for each delivery arrangement.

Contact Commercial Sourcing

Send your project topic, BOM or plan revision, quantities, delivery destinations and requested dates. Include the page topic in your message so the inquiry reaches the right review.

Inquiry categories are not confirmed stock or qualified supply. Each proposed item, document and delivery arrangement must be confirmed before an order is placed. Requested dates are not commitments, and a combined inquiry does not promise a single source, shipment, invoice or savings.
